Question 1

Are the keys official?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sell official activation keys from a licensed distributor. You activate them on the platform itself, just like a key bought from the publisher.

Question 2

How do I activate a key on Steam or Epic Games?

Accepted Answer

Steam: in the Steam app open Games, then Activate a Product on Steam, and enter the key (Steam keys also get an Activate on Steam link). Epic Games: sign in at the Epic Games Store, open your account menu, choose Redeem Code and enter the key.

Question 3

How do I activate a key on PlayStation or Xbox?

Accepted Answer

PlayStation: in the PlayStation Store open the menu and choose Redeem Codes. Xbox: open the Microsoft Store and choose Redeem a code, or go to redeem.microsoft.com. Each product page also has its own activation steps.

Question 4

Will the key work in my country?

Accepted Answer

Some keys can only be activated in a certain region, such as EUROPE, and your platform account region must match. The region is shown next to the price on every product page. REGION FREE keys can be activated anywhere.

Question 5

Which currencies can I see prices in?

Accepted Answer

You can show prices in EUR, USD, GBP, PLN and other currencies. Prices in a currency other than EUR are estimates at the current rate. Payment is always charged in euros, and the checkout shows the exact euro amount before you pay.

Question 6

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Visa and Mastercard cards with 3-D Secure. If your card is not in euros, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.

Question 7

Is checkout secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Card payments run on our payment provider's secure hosted page, protected by 3-D Secure. We never see or store your full card details.

Question 8

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Usually within minutes after payment. We email you as soon as your keys are ready. It can occasionally take longer if the supplier needs extra time.

Question 9

Where do I find my key?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open Orders & keys in your account. Keys stay hidden until you press Reveal key. We never send keys by email.

Question 10

How do pre-orders work?

Accepted Answer

You pay now and the key arrives in Orders & keys on the release date. We email you when it is ready.

Question 11

My key does not work. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Do not try it on other accounts or regions. Contact support with your order number (for example 1789571071-4YKXTA) and a screenshot of the error. We check the key with the supplier and give you a replacement or a refund.

Question 12

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within 24 hours of delivery, as long as no key in that order has been revealed. Revealing any key closes the refund window for that order. If a key turns out to be faulty, we replace or refund it.

Question 13

Do I need an account to buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you need an account to use the cart and check out. You can save favorites without one: they are kept in your browser and moved to your account when you sign in.

Question 14

How many games can I buy in one order?

Accepted Answer

One order can hold up to 10 different products and up to 9 copies of each. For more, simply place another order.
