Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Please read these terms before you create an account or place an order. By using noclipsi.com or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
noclipsi.com ("NOCLIPSI", "we", "our", "us") is run by EXAMPLE COMPANY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with Company No. 00000000. Our registered office is at 1 Example Street, London, United Kingdom, EC1A 1AA.
You can reach us:
- by email at support@noclipsi.com;
- by phone on +440000000000, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT+0);
- through the contact form.
In these terms, "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.
2. Definitions
- Key: a digital activation code for a game, add-on (DLC), software product or gift card.
- Platform: the third-party service where a key is activated, for example Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox, Nintendo eShop, Epic Games Store, GOG, EA app, Ubisoft Connect or Battle.net.
- Orders & keys: the page in your account where you see your orders, keys and invoices.
- Reveal: the first time you open a key in Orders & keys by pressing "Reveal key".
- Supplier: the licensed distributor we buy keys from. At the moment this is Kinguin.
3. What we sell
We sell official keys that we buy from our supplier. We are a reseller. We are not the publisher of the products we sell and we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any platform holder.
When you activate a key, the product is added to your account on that platform. From that point the platform's own terms, licence conditions and age ratings apply to your use of the product. We have no control over the platform, its availability or any changes it makes to a product after activation.
Every product page shows the platform, the activation region and how to activate the key. Product descriptions, images and system requirements come from our supplier and the publisher. We try to keep them accurate, but small differences can occur. Please check the details before you buy.
4. Your account
You need a NOCLIPSI account to add products to your cart and to buy. You can save favorites without an account; they are kept in your browser and moved to your account when you sign in.
When you create an account you agree to:
- give true and complete information and keep it up to date;
- keep your password private and not share your account with anyone else;
- tell us straight away at support@noclipsi.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in the country where you live. If you are under that age, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
5. Regions and compatibility
Many keys can only be activated in a certain region, and your platform account region must match. The region is shown on each product page (for example "EUROPE" or "REGION FREE"). Before you buy, it is your responsibility to check that:
- the key is for the platform you use;
- the key's region matches the region of your platform account;
- your device meets the product's system requirements.
A key that cannot be activated because of a region or platform mismatch is not faulty.
6. Prices and currencies
Prices on the site include any applicable taxes. Prices follow our supplier's prices and can change at any time until you pay.
You can choose a display currency (for example EUR, USD, GBP or PLN). Prices shown in any currency other than EUR are estimates based on the current exchange rate. Payment is always charged in euros (EUR). The checkout shows the exact euro amount before you pay. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees if your card is not in euros. These are outside our control.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after payment.
7. The cart and placing an order
Your cart is stored in your account. Because of supplier limits, one order can contain up to 10 different products and up to 9 copies of each product.
To place an order you go to checkout in your account, review the order and the total in EUR, and confirm two things:
- that you accept these terms; and
- that you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and understand that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started (see section 9).
Card payments are processed on our payment provider's secure hosted page. We do not see or store your full card details. The contract between you and us is formed when your payment is confirmed. We email you an invoice after payment.
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if payment is not confirmed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
8. Delivery
After payment we buy the key from our supplier and place it in Orders & keys in your account. This usually takes a few minutes, but it can take longer, for example during supplier maintenance or extra payment checks. We email you when your keys are ready.
- Keys are never sent by email. You can only see them in Orders & keys after you sign in.
- Keys stay hidden until you press "Reveal key".
- Pre-orders are delivered on the product's release date, not at the time of payment.
- If the supplier cannot deliver a key, the order shows "Needs attention". Our support team will then either deliver the key or refund the order.
Once a key is in your account, keep it safe. We are not responsible for a key that is lost or used by someone else because your account or platform login was shared or compromised.
9. Refunds and faulty keys
Digital keys and the right of withdrawal
Keys are digital content. At checkout you ask us to start delivery right away, and you confirm that you understand you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Even so, we offer a voluntary refund window, explained below.
Refunds for unrevealed keys (24 hours)
You can ask for a refund of an order if both of these are true:
- the order was delivered less than 24 hours ago; and
- no key in that order has been revealed in Orders & keys.
As soon as you press "Reveal key" on any key in an order, the refund window closes for the whole order. This is because our supplier, Kinguin, accepts returns per order and cannot tell whether a revealed key has been seen or used.
Tip: if you are not sure about a product, check the platform and region on the product page and do not reveal the key until you are ready to activate it.
Faulty keys
If a key does not work, for example the platform says it is invalid or already used, please:
- stop and do not try it on other accounts or regions;
- contact support with your order number and a screenshot of the error message.
We check the key with our supplier. If it is faulty, we give you a replacement key or a refund. This applies even after the key has been revealed and does not affect your statutory rights.
A key is not faulty if it cannot be activated because:
- your platform account is in a different region from the one shown on the product page;
- it was bought for a different platform from the one you use;
- it was already activated on your own account.
Orders that could not be delivered
Sometimes our supplier cannot deliver a key and the order shows "Needs attention". Our support team then tries to deliver the key. If that is not possible, we refund the order in full. You do not need to request this.
Pre-orders
Pre-order keys are delivered on the release date. The 24-hour refund window starts when the key is delivered, under the same rules as any other order.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@noclipsi.com or use the contact form and choose "Refund". Please include:
- your order number (for example 1789571071-4YKXTA);
- the email address of your NOCLIPSI account;
- for a faulty key, a screenshot of the activation error.
Our support team works 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT+0). Your request counts from the time you send it, so a message sent within 24 hours of delivery keeps your refund window open even if we reply later.
How you get your money back
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, in euros (EUR), the currency you were charged in. If your card is in another currency, the final amount on your statement depends on your bank's exchange rate and may differ slightly from what you paid. Your bank may need a few business days to show the refund on your statement.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We can usually solve it faster than a chargeback. Chargebacks for orders that were delivered correctly may lead to the account being suspended.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Acceptable use
Your use of the site, your account and the keys you buy is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Intellectual property
The NOCLIPSI name, logo, site design and texts belong to us or our licensors. Game titles, cover images, trailers and screenshots belong to their publishers and are shown only to describe the products. You may not copy or reuse any of this content without permission.
12. Our liability
We are responsible for supplying keys that work and match the product page. If we fail to do so, your remedy is a replacement key or a refund, as described in section 9, plus any other rights you have under consumer law.
We are not responsible for:
- the content, servers, availability or terms of any third-party platform;
- losses caused by activating a key on the wrong account, platform or region;
- a publisher or platform changing, removing or restricting a product after activation;
- delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
13. Privacy and cookies
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Optional cookies are used only if you agree to them in the cookie banner.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, please write to support@noclipsi.com or use the contact form. Include your order number if your complaint is about an order (for example 1789571071-4YKXTA).
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the law or our service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version published at the time you place an order applies to that order.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts.
